When is the  best to consume?
Many of these health benefits only accumulate over time. They are not instantaneous. We recommend you consume a small quantity (around 45-100ml) of Saika Vinegar Drink each day. The best time is in the morning and again in the evening.

Is there a maximum amount I should consume?
